Quality Control Policy
RAW MATERIAL:
We procure raw materials like BRASS, S.S., M.S. used for end fittings like Nipple, Nut, Sleeves etc., as per material specification of SAE Standard.
MATERIALS CERTIFICATE:
We maintain raw materials certificate for all types of materials used i.e. for RUBBER HOSES, S.S. P.V.C., and THERMOPLASTIC as per SAE/DIN Standard for Hoses. and other pipes along with Test Certificates of the manufacturers.
SUPERVISION:
Sleeves, Nipple and nut are made as per the requirement, fitted and assembled with suitable pipes, which are under one quality control engineering supervision.
PRESSURE TESTING:
The pressure testing is carried out as per the customers’ requirement from 0 to 3500 Bar.
CALIBERATION:
All pressure gauges and other instruments are calibrated periodically to ensure the quality.
EXTRA CARE ON THE RAW MATERIALS USED:
We also send some of the materials used in the manufacturing of end fittings to the outside Laboratories so as to confirm the chemical, mechanical and physical properties of the raw materials used.
